JOB DESCRIPTION – VIDEO DESIGNER (CORE POSITION)

General Information

  • Position: Video Designer (Core Position)

  • Location: Remote (Nigeria Market)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Working Hours: 10:30 – 19:30 (9 hours/day)

  • Remote Monitoring: Required

Work Schedule & Days Off

  • Days Off: 4 days per month

  • Day-off Policy:

    • No leave allowed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

    • Days off must be scheduled in advance and approved by management

Salary & Payment

  • Probation Salary: USD 180

  • Official Salary (after confirmation): USD 200

  • Payment Schedule: 2 times per month – 5th & 20th

  • Payment Method: USDT (Crypto Payment)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Video Designer to join our core team and focus on producing high-performing short-form videos for the Nigeria market.

This role plays a key part in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts, especially for sports content, SLOT games, and promotional branding videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for:

    • Sports events and highlights

    • SLOT games / casino-style content

    • Promotional persona & branding videos

  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to:

    • Understand campaign goals

    • Transform ideas into engaging video content

  • Build strong video structures with:

    • Eye-catching hooks (first 3 seconds)

    • Smooth pacing and storytelling

    • Clear call-to-action (CTA)

  • Apply visual effects, motion elements, transitions, and typography aligned with brand identity

  • Handle audio editing, including background music, sound effects, and voice syncing

  • Optimize videos based on short-form platform algorithms and audience behavior

  • Proactively:

    • Suggest creative video concepts

    • Research trends, styles, and effects relevant to the Nigeria market

  • Ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery

Job Requirements

  • 1.5 – 2.5+ years of professional video editing experience

  • Proficient in at least two video editing tools, such as:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro

    • After Effects

    • CapCut

    • DaVinci Resolve

  • Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

  • Good visual sense and storytelling ability

  • Basic to intermediate audio editing skills

  • Creative, proactive, and responsible working attitude

  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work via:

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

  • Google Drive (portfolio folder)

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in short-form content, sports, gaming, or promotional videos.
