JOB DESCRIPTION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER (CORE POSITION)

General Information

  • Position: Graphic Designer (Core Position)

  • Location: Remote (Nigeria Market)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Working Hours: 10:30 – 19:30 (9 hours/day)

Salary & Payment

  • Probation Salary: USD 250

  • Official Salary (after confirmation): USD 270

  • Payment Method: USDT

  • Payment Schedule: 2 times per month (5th & 20th)

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer is a core member responsible for creating all visual content that supports campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives in the Nigeria market.

This includes visuals for:

  • Sports match promotions

  • Social media campaigns (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Event banners, posters, and marketing materials

The role directly influences brand perception, audience engagement, and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual content for sports, SLOT games, and branding campaigns

  • Create graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, and promotional campaigns

  • Quickly revise designs based on feedback from marketing or content teams

  • Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all campaigns

  • Proactively suggest creative ideas, themes, and design improvements

  • Collaborate with video, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution

  • Keep updated with design trends and best practices for social media visuals

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional design experience

  • Proficient in design tools, such as:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Illustrator

    • Canva / Figma (optional)

  • Familiar with social media promotional design and ad formats

  • Able to revise designs quickly based on feedback

  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual sense

  • Proactive in suggesting new ideas and creative approaches

  • Able to work independently in a remote setup

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant design work via:

  • Behance

  • Dribbble

  • Google Drive

  • PDF / JPEGs of campaigns, banners, social media posts

Preference given to candidates with experience in sports, entertainment, or campaign visuals.
