You are the engine of the platform. Your role is a hybrid of Paid & Organic Marketing, Sales, and Community Management. You own the entire user journey:
Hunter: You find new users via Paid Ads and Social Media.
Admin: You bring them into the group and build hype.
Retainer: You ensure they deposit, bet, and keep coming back.
- Core Responsibilities
- Social Exposure & Traffic Acquisition (The “Hunter”)
Paid Ads Management: Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts). You must A/B test creatives to lower the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Guerrilla Marketing: Actively comment on viral posts (Facebook, TikTok, X) with engaging hooks to drive free traffic.
Content Distribution: Post the graphics and videos created by the design team across all channels.
The Funnel: Your primary goal is to move traffic from “Public Social Media” to “Private WhatsApp/Telegram Groups” where conversion happens.
- Engagement & Community Management (The “Admin”)
Group Hype: Act as the Admin of the WhatsApp group. Post Booking Codes, celebrate wins, and keep the energy high.
Direct Message (DM) Closing: Personally message users who join the group but haven’t registered. Guide them through the process.
- Post-Registration Maintenance (The “Retainer”)
Deposit/Withdrawal Support: Assist users immediately if they have trouble funding their account.
Reactivation: Identify users who haven’t bet in 3 days and send them a “Comeback Bonus” or a “Sure Game” to get them active again.
Service Awareness: Maintain a helpful, “can-do” attitude.

Performance Driven: This role is strictly measured by numbers.
Key Metrics:
Ad Performance: Low CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and High ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
New Registrations: (Target: See Performance Evaluation System).
Valid Users: Users who deposit >₦2,000.
Deposit Volume: Total cash deposited by your recruits.
- Hiring Requirements
Ads Manager Experience: Must have experience running Facebook/Instagram Ads and understanding metrics like CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
Platform Mastery: Must be highly familiar with Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter) algorithms.
Execution: Strong ability to execute tasks without constant supervision. “Hustle” mindset.
Communication: Excellent written communication to de-escalate angry customers and hype up happy ones.
Flexibility: Must accept shift work or flexible hours (e.g., staying late for a Champions League Final).
- Performance Evaluation System (Strict Targets)
This defines the minimum results required to keep your job. You must hit EITHER the Registration/Valid User target OR the Deposit Volume target.

- Elimination Policy (The “Red Line”)
If you fall below these numbers, your contract will be terminated immediately.
Month 1 Fail: < 15 Valid Users OR < ₦80,000 Deposits
Month 2 Fail: < 25 Valid Users OR < ₦150,000 Deposits
Month 3 Fail: < 40 Valid Users OR < ₦250,000 Deposits
Confirmed Staff Demotion: Failing KPIs for 3 consecutive months will revert your status back to Probation (Salary drop to Probation level).

Valid User: A user who registers and makes a First Deposit of more than ₦2,000 & accumulated wage more than ₦6,000
Preferred Background: Experience in Social Marketing, Customer Service, or the Betting Industry is a major plus.
