Sales Marketing Staff – Nigerian Nationals

Location: Sri Lanka
Shift: 15:00 – 00:00 (9 hours/day)
Employment type: Full-time
Days off: 3 days/month
Probation period: 2–3 months (based on performance)
Salary: 500 – 600 USD/month (paid between the 15th–20th, in USDT or LKR)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Search and attract customers through social media platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Telegram, etc.).

  • Create posters, videos, and advertising content to reach potential users.

  • Guide customers in creating accounts, playing games, and making deposits.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up with inactive clients.

  • Propose new marketing ideas to improve customer engagement and business performance.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Nationality: Nigeria.

  • Gender: Male/Female, aged 21–30.

  • Education: College/University graduate.

  • Skilled in Word, Excel, Google Drive.

  • Strong communication skills, quick thinking, fast response.

  • Basic knowledge of English or Chinese is a plus.

  • Good health, free from infectious diseases.

  • Prior experience in Sales, Real Estate, Retail, or Marketing is preferred.

LEAVE POLICY

  • Company reimburses airfare up to 700 USD per year (paid in February).


INTERVIEW PROCESS

  1. Submit CV + certificates.

  2. HR department conducts interview and informs results.

  3. Successful candidates prepare passport, health check, and flight ticket.

  4. Company picks up at the airport and assists with onboarding.

  5. Attend internal training & performance evaluation.
